IMPORTANT: Spectators and crew
all 4 tires need to be parked off the road when visiting aid stations.
Drive slowly around aid stations.
Be respectful to plants, wildlife and other travelers in parking at aid stations.
Do not block the road to through traffic. If that happens we will need to close the station to any crew being able to come there for the remainder of race.
Pacers can start after 100k mark at crew access stations. You will not be able to leave a car parked at the stations. Just at the Lodge, so arrange to get dropped off for pacing.

Aid stations
****Runners are required to check in and out of every aid station. ***
It is the runners responsibility to make sure you are listed on the check in/out sheet.
Mileage/Elevation Note:
We have measured the course multiple times using a Garmin watch. We listed our mileage exactly as we measured.
It is a thick forest canopy, there can be a 5-7% rate of being off on mileage/elevation. Be prepared for your mileage to be long or short 5-7%. Plan accordingly.
34 hour cutoff to run race
Aid station cutoff times are the time the station closes, listed below.
50k runners have until Sunday at 4 pm to finish.
Pacing can begin at 6 pm from any aid station that has crew access for 100 mile and 100k runners.
Crew cars need to all park on the same side of the road. Do not park on the side of the road that we have No Crew Parking signs up. Crew risk DQ’ing runner if found not following the rules. Let your crew know!
